The Avenues - Bahrain is the first shopping and leisure destination of its kind in the Kingdom of Bahrain, uniquely situated along a 1.5 km seafront in Manama. Opened on October 29, 2017, the mall offers approximately 40,000 square meters of leasable space, housing around 130 stores, with 50% dedicated to restaurants and cafes overlooking Bahrain Bay. The design draws inspiration from The Avenues - Kuwait, providing visitors with an outdoor ambiance while remaining indoors, thanks to a ceiling that allows natural sunlight to filter through. The mall features family entertainment areas, including a special play hall, 10 cinemas, a public park, walkways, and ample parking spaces.
